CHOMP Delivery, a local restaurant delivery service and app, has announced it will be terminating delivery services in Cedar Rapids on Aug. 15.
“Even while our Iowa City/Coralville/North Liberty area delivery has been highly successful, we unfortunately have not seen the same results in the Cedar Rapids market,” states a news release from the company, made public on Twitter by Ethan Stein, Investigative Reporter for KCRG-TV9.
“CHOMP has decided that our past strategy isn’t effective in today’s market,” the release states.
CHOMP Delivery was founded in 2017 and will continue to operate in the Iowa City area.
