The Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, Sept. 26, to celebrate a new co-working space, The Armstrong Hub, in downtown Cedar Rapids.
The event begins at 4 p.m., with the ribbon cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m. The Armstrong Hub is located in the Armstrong Development building, at 222 Third Ave. SE, Suite
400, Cedar Rapids.
“We’re pleased to have The Armstrong Hub as Economic Alliance members and community partners,” said Doug Neumann, executive director at the Economic Alliance, in a statement. “Thousands of people in the community are remote and hybrid employees, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they need to work from home. Giving these workers a space to collaborate with other business professionals in our downtown allows these employees to stay connected to the community.”
“In a landmark location with dynamic office environments, The Armstrong Hub provides all-inclusive office space for a wide range of professional requirements,” said Jon Dusek, president of Armstrong Development Company.
