First MainStreet Insurance L.C. (FMSI), an affiliate of TrueNorth Companies L.C., has acquired three new agency partners.
They are:
- L.B. Anderson Agency joined FMSI in January. Located in Newhall, Iowa, L.B. Anderson Agency has been servicing the community’s insurance needs since 1965. Founded by Luther Anderson, the agency is currently led by Doug Anderson.
- Duane Kelch and the team at Castle, Dick, & Kelch Insurance (CDK) joined FMSI in March. Located in Hampton, Iowa, CDK was founded by Clarence Castle and Charlie Dick in the 1960’s. Mr. Kelch has owned the agency since 1977. Joining FMSI in the partnership is local agent, Tom Birdsell, who has been with CDK for 15 years.
“I’m excited to announce the partnership of Castle, Dick, & Kelch Insurance with First MainStreet Insurance,” said Mr. Birdsell. “By partnering with First MainStreet, CDK Insurance will be able to develop even stronger relationships with our clients.”
The third agency joining FMSI is Seehusen Insurance Agency. Led by Bruce Seehusen, this agency has been operating in Mechanicsville and Stanwood, Iowa, and joined FMSI in April. Seehusen has more than a 50-year track record.
In addition to these new partnerships, FMSI has locations in these Iowa towns: Bloomfield, Burlington, Cedar Falls, Centerville, Charles City, Clinton, Cresco, Creston, Fairfield, Grinnell, Indianola, Iowa Falls, Lime Springs, Kalona, Maquoketa, Mason City, Moville, Mount Ayr, Mount Pleasant, Ottumwa, Osage, Pella, Perry, Quad Cities, Sigourney and Stuart. The company also has a location in Brentwood, Tennessee.
