The Cedar Rapids Area Association of Realtors (CRAAR) has awarded Sheila King, of Skogman Realty, Realtor of the Year for her volunteerism and leadership in the local and state Realtor associations.
The Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to Marian Flink, of Skogman Realty, for her lifetime of commendable service to our members, the real estate industry and communities.
In addition, the Cedar Rapids Area Association of Realtors has elected Annie Kaestner, of Skogman Realty, as president of its board of directors.
New officers include Chris Terukina, Ruhl & Ruhl Realtors, president-elect, and Adam Gibbs, GLD Commercial Real Estate Advisors, treasurer.
Other directors include Raymond Siddell, past president, and Will Brandt, Jenna Burt, Tamra Garman, Bill Grabe, Colleen McMahon, Alicia Porter, Ann Roushar, Teresa Smalley and Jay Whitaker.
