Skogman Commercial Group keeps producing results for its clients, and winning the Best Commercial Real Estate Firm category. Skogman Realty COO Doug Laird says its people and their training are the reason why the firm has captured 45 percent market share – more than the combined market share of Cedar Rapids’ other commercial RE firms. “Our commercial agents are deep in the fabric of the business community, which gives them knowledge of potential deals,” Mr. Laird said. “We also are networked with our residential agents, who also have leads for commercial deals. Taken together, this enhanced networking is key to deal development, and sets Skogman apart from the competition.” Mr. Laird said Skogman has also stepped up commercially focused training for all its real estate agents, and offered company-wide Ninja training to increase the value they provide.
