Women Lead Change Conference keynote speakers announced

Brandi Spurling launched her consulting business, Sage Culture Co., just weeks before taking part in the 2024 Women Lead Change Conference as a part of their Speak Tank competition.

She won, and this year she will keynote at the conference, taking place April 24-25 in Cedar Rapids.

“My experience with this organization was a slingshot for my career,” she said.

Though Ms. Spurling is based in Columbia, Missouri, Sage Culture Co. works with companies across the Midwest to “intentionally create culture.” BAE Systems is a Sage Culture Co. client, and is also sponsoring the Women Lead Change Conference.

Ms. Spurling is part of an extensive and impressive list of speakers at the now sold-out conference. Though there is a waitlist for last-minute availability and virtual tickets are still available for a price of $199 per person.

Ally Love is a multi-hyphenate trailblazer of the slash generation. She is the founder and CEO of Love Squad, Global Peloton instructor, Today Show Contributor, Host of the Top 10 Netflix series Dance 100, and has been the host of the Brooklyn Nets for the past 10 seasons. Entrepreneur, host, motivational speaker, ambassador, fitness instructor, and boss, Love is an inspirational powerhouse. 

Grace Puma is the former executive vice president and COO of PepsiCo, and before that held senior positions with United Airlines, Kraft Foods, Motorola, and Gillette. A board member of both Organon & Co and Target, she has been ranked on the “Most Powerful Latina” list by Fortune magazine and recognized as the “Executive of the Year” by Latina Style magazine. 

Christiana Smith Shi is the former president of Nike’s consumer-direct division where she led the company’s global retail and ecommerce business. Before that she was a senior partner at McKinsey & Co. Christiana has been named one of the Most Influential Corporate Directors by Women, Inc. She currently leads Lovejoy Advisors, which is focused on digitally transforming consumer and retail businesses.

Selena Rezvani is a recognized author, speaker, and consultant on leadership. Her newest book – the instant Wall Street Journal bestseller – Quick Confidence, was born out of a viral newsletter she started in 2020, to help people build their confidence through small actions. 

Brandi Spurling is head human and founder of Sage Culture Co., a consultation organization where she works with teams and leaders to connect, grow and have fun together. She pairs a Master’s in Leadership with a Bachelor’s in Theatre, and draws on her experience in training over 300 workshops in order to make you think, laugh, and have fun while you’re at it.
