TLC Associates announces rebranding change to TLCx

TLC Associates, a customer experience (CX) outsourcing provider founded in 2007 by Thomas Cardella, has announced its global rebranding to TLCx.

Headquartered in Cedar Rapids, TLCx has 14 locations worldwide and a team of over 1,500 employees.

The rebranding comes amid a monumental shift in the CX landscape, driven by the shift of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation, company officials said in a release.

The decision to rebrand to TLCx signifies a commitment to embracing and leading the digital transformation that is reshaping the customer experience sector. As AI and automation redefine the industry, company leaders say TLCx is unwavering in its dedication to optimizing and innovating, combining cutting-edge technology with a people-first approach.

The rebranding will align with TLCx’s expertise, goals and growth trajectory in the CX outsourcing space.

TLCx has collaborated with Cedar Rapids-based company Digital Boost for logo design, website development and search engine optimization (SEO) that will debut in tandem with an early March 2024 global rebranding from TLC Associates to TLCx.
