Please include a signed (minimum) one-page explanation of why your company/organization should receive an award for each category you are applying. Numbers should also be listed as a percent of total workforce (e.g. - Number of Interns Hired: 13, Percentage of Workforce: 20%). The more details provided, the better judgement the selection committee will have in determining the most effective practices. Note: Companies cannot win in the same category two years in a row.
