Participants in 2024 Cedar Rapids Restaurant Week announced

Event featuring locally-owned restaurants set for Feb. 16-25

Cedar Rapids Restaurant Week 2024

The 2024 edition of the Cedar Rapids Restaurant Week officially kicks off Friday, Feb. 16, and the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance has announced the return of several popular features during the 10-day food lovers’ celebration.

All selected participating restaurants completed an application process and were chosen based on specific criteria including being locally owned and operated and a Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance member. The chosen restaurants offer many dining options at different price levels, and each restaurant is offering at least one specialty menu item for this event.

  • Specials announced – The participating restaurants have been busy crafting dishes for this year’s Restaurant Week. Here’s a sneak peek of the items and specialty drinks that will be dished up exclusively during Restaurant Week.
  • Restaurant Week punch card – Pick up a Restaurant Week punch card at any of the participating restaurants. Order a specialty menu item, or spend $20 on food, and you’ll receive a special stamp on the card. Collect at least five stamps and take the card, or mail it, to the Economic Alliance (501 First St SE, Cedar Rapids) to be entered into a drawing for chance to win a Restaurant Week gift basket.
  • Fork & Knife Feast returns – Fork & Knife Feast returns on Thursday, Feb. 15 and will feature all participating Cedar Rapids Restaurant Week restaurants, who will offer attendees samples of their culinary concoctions and a preview of some items that may be part of their special Cedar Rapids Restaurant Week menus. Tickets for the Fork & Knife Feast are on sale now and include food and drink samples for $75 in advance. This event is limited in number of tickets available due to capacity.
  • Ten days to participate – The 12th annual Restaurant Week will continue to span ten days, from Feb. 16-25. With a variety of restaurants participating, attendees will have more days and opportunities to taste all that the participating restaurants have to offer.
