Involta has announced three new leadership appointments. According to a release, the company veterans and their new roles include:

  • Josh Holst, vice president of cloud services
  • Mark Cooley, vice president of security and compliance
  • David Humes II, director of product management

“Creating a culture that supports internal professional growth has been fundamental to our success. These individuals have and will continue to help amplify Involta’s capabilities from multiple angles, ensuring we continue to innovate, refine and deliver solutions to meet the demands of the digital economy,” said Bruce Lehrman, co-founder and CEO of Involta. “Today, Involta is more advantageously poised to deliver exceptional quality and customer care through our cloud solutions, growing data center portfolio, managed security services, edge deployments, and beyond to our customers across manufacturing, healthcare and finance.”

Mr. Holst has helped advance Involta’s cloud services portfolio, serving in various roles, including director of cloud Services. Recently, he was instrumental in the company’s KLAS rating and review for its excellence in partial healthcare IT outsourcing.

“I’m honored to fulfill this role as vice president of cloud services, leading my team in our relentless commitment to innovative hybrid IT services,” he said. “I look forward to supporting Involta as it keeps pace with a rapidly changing IT landscape across public, private and multi-cloud environments, as well as edge services.”

Mr. Cooley, who has been with the company for more than a decade, most recently served as director of compliance & security operations. He has been crucial in helping Involta and its customers achieve robust compliance for mission-critical frameworks. As vice president of security and compliance, he is committed to continuing the mission of Involta’s security program, expanding the company’s protective offerings, and developing greater security awareness training to deliver the ultimate peace of mind for customers.

“The landscape of cybersecurity is always changing, and the maturity of our security program is the result of our entire organization’s dedication to protecting IT,” Mr. Cooley said. “I plan on augmenting this program for the future, and I look forward to cultivating a fresh and innovative perspective on security, getting down to what really impacts businesses and finding creative ways to deal with challenges.”

Mr. Humes aims to leverage his new role as director of product management to redefine Involta’s product culture by finding innovative ways to launch and develop new solutions while improving and enhancing existing products. By working closely with existing customers and internal stakeholders to define goals, he will strive to align the company’s offerings with those needs.

“Working at a company that puts innovation first, I want to solve challenges by applying an innovative approach to deliver solutions in ways that customers never imagined — and in ways that wholly benefit their businesses,” Mr. Humes said. “We will become more closely intertwined with customers, industry leaders and partners to transform their evolution with impactful, cutting-edge solutions. I am excited to drive this customer-focused growth forward as Involta develops emerging services across edge, multi-cloud management and SD-WAN.”
