GreenState Credit Union welcomes Jenn Bleil as new Chief People Officer

As announced on Wednesday, GreenState Credit Union has hired Jenn Bleil as its new Chief People Officer. 

Bleil will lead a team to prioritize a people-first approach across various areas, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, training and development, internal communications, operational effectiveness, and diversity and inclusion initiatives, according to a news release from GreenState. 

Bleil joins GreenState with a wealth of previous experience, formerly serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Aspirion, a revenue cycle management company headquartered in Columbus, Georgia. She also held the position of Senior Vice President of People and Communications at Tegria RCM, formerly known as MediRevv, based in Iowa City.

With her background in human resources and a track record of organization, as stated in the release, Bleil is well-equipped to lead GreenState’s efforts to foster a positive work environment and empower its employees.
