Cedar Rapids-based GreatAmerica Financial Services and CEO Juice have announced an expanded integration for office equipment dealers using e-automate software, adding automated contract setup, simplified auditing and AI-powered dashboards to their existing partnership.

The enhancements are designed to reduce manual work for dealers by automating the contract setup process within e-automate, with GreatAmerica saying the updates can save dealers up to 10 to 12 minutes per contract.

“At GreatAmerica, we’re committed to making business easier for our dealer partners,” GreatAmerica CEO Martin Golobic said. “These enhancements to our CEO Juice integration streamline contract setup inside e-automate, removing manual steps and saving dealers up to 10-12 minutes per contract — time they can reinvest in serving their customers.”

Under the updated integration, CEO Juice pulls contract details from GreatAmerica and automatically configures dealer contracts in e-automate, reducing setup time and the potential for errors. Dealers are also able to limit auditing to the GreatAmerica setup alone, eliminating redundant paperwork. Interactive dashboards provide visibility into contract status, user activity and retention rates.

Gary Lavin, founder of CEO Juice, framed the enhancements as part of a broader industry shift toward automation and artificial intelligence.

“As the pace of technology change skyrockets, the Juice message is ‘Integrate and Automate,'” Mr. Lavin said. “It is not just about saving labor hours but setting your data up for a future with AI Agents. Look for partners like GreatAmerica who are ahead of the curve.”

GreatAmerica Financial Services, established in Cedar Rapids in 1992, is the largest family-owned national commercial equipment finance company in the United States, with more than $3.5 billion in assets and $16.1 billion in life-to-date finance originations. CEO Juice provides business and artificial intelligence software and services for copier dealers.
