Cedar Rapids’ de Novo Marketing wins four international creative awards

Agency takes platinum, gold honors for traditional and digital creative work

de Novo Marketing, an Iowa-based creative marketing agency, was awarded four Hermes Creative Awards for its work with the Sixth Judicial District Department of Correctional Services, Travero, Iowa Farmers Union and the City of Mount Vernon.

The Hermes Creative Awards is an annual international competition for creative professionals and is administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP). The competition recognizes outstanding work in the industry while promoting the philanthropic nature of marketing and communication professionals.

AMCP is an international organization consisting of thousands of marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, digital media, production and freelance professionals.

de Novo was awarded the following honors:

  • Platinum award for the Sixth Judicial District Department of Correctional Services – Project HOPE, Patrick’s story.
  • Gold award for Travero – Unraveling Logistics direct mail and digital campaign.
  • Gold award for Iowa Famers Union – Iowa Farms to Families Cookbook.
  • Honorable Mention for City of Mount Vernon – community website and communications platform.

Hermes/AMCP judges are industry professionals who look for companies whose talent exceeds a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry. More than 6,500 entries from throughout the US, Canada, and 24 other countries were evaluated.
