With roots dating back to the 1930s, Phelan’s has become a Cedar Rapids design staple. The firm offers both residential and commercial design services, with a distinguished portfolio of clients, from the Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance and Rockwell Collins to Ginsberg Jewelers and Lindale Mall.
Phelan’s service-driven environment sets it apart, from greeting clients at the door to full delivery and setup of a space. Its designers work to stay ahead of trends, but also find great prices for their clients with the “Phelan’s Pledge” to meet or beat its competitors. “We really want everyone who comes into Phelan’s to find something that speaks to them, whether it’s an accessory or a sofa,” interior designer and co-manager Alex Von Ahsen said.
