You have a right to perform your prescribed duty, but you are not entitled to the fruits of actions.
What do you consider your biggest break so far?
Being able to help a little child be cured from cancer.
What would most people be surprised to learn about you?
The first time I ever used a computer was when I was 24 years old.
What’s the biggest issue facing the Corridor, and why?
Decline in population is the biggest problem for the Corridor. We need to create more opportunities for families so there is more inward migration. We need to look at the future and create tomorrow’s jobs today.
If you had $1 million to give, what causes would you support?
Children’s cancer research at the University of Iowa.
What are your passions outside of the workplace?
Photography, films and cooking.
What should people know about your generation in the workplace?
We are not as bad as the last generation says we are and not any better than the upcoming, either.
What do you want to accomplish by the time you are 50?
Keep expanding my knowledge and someday being able to cure childhood cancer.
