City of Coralville OKs final plat for Gather Iowa’s first addition

Gather Iowa, a mixed-use development planned for Coralville’s southeast commercial district, made progress Sept. 23 when the Coralville City Council unanimously approved the site plan and final plat for the first addition.
The development is set to transform a 10-acre site near the southwest corner of the First Avenue and Second Street intersection into a hub of retail, dining and residential space. The project’s original master development plan was approved…
