Kathi P. Seifert is the President and Owner of Katapult, LLC. Out of Appleton, WI. She retired as Executive Vice President for Kimberly-Clark Corporation after 26 years at the company (leading the company’s personal care business and sales organization
Seifert is a member of the board of directors of Oh Snap!, Wisconsin Governors Council on Workforce Development, Habitat for Humanity, Fox Valley Humane Association, Riverview Gardens, Bubolz Nature Preserve, St. Norbert University Business School and CEL Board of Advisors, Valparaiso University Presidents Advisory Council, and New North, Inc., an economic development collaboration for Northeastern Wisconsin.
Seifert was named NACD Directorship 100 which recognizes the most influential leaders in the boardroom in 2015, Fortunes’ 50 Most Powerful Women in Business in 2002, and Forbes Top 25 Women in 2001.
Seifert was inducted into the Wisconsin Business Hall of Fame in 2019.
Seifert earned a Bachelor of Science from Valparaiso University in marketing and management in 1971. She received an honorary Doctorate from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2014. She was named outstanding Alumni at Appleton West High School and Distinguished Alumni at Valparaiso University.
Mike Malone
Vice Chancellor for Economic Development, University of Arkansas
Mike Malone joined the University of Arkansas as vice chancellor for economic development in April 2022. In this role, he leads the university’s efforts to expand economic opportunity and improve quality of life across Arkansas.
Malone holds nearly three decades of experience building coalitions and partnerships to advance community and economic development opportunities. He has served as vice president for corporate and community affairs at Runway Group and spent ten years as president and CEO of the Northwest Arkansas Council.
Prior to his work in Arkansas, Malone held senior staff leadership positions in the White House, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, the U.S. Senate, and the House of Representatives. He holds a Master of Arts in Public Affairs from the Hubert H. Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Hendrix College.

Ticket sales close exactly one week prior to the event on July 19.

If you are unable to attend the event you have purchased a ticket for, refunds can be processed, less the transaction fee, up to one week before the event. Event attendees are locked in one week before the event, and refunds cannot be given after that date. In cases of inclement weather, the Corridor Business Journal will assess the situation and will alert all attendees if the event will be postponed or canceled. Refunds will not be offered if the postponed event is held. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, they may be exchanged for a different event of the same value, free of charge, subject to availability.
