Uptown Marion will host Enchanted Blooms, a ticketed floral fundraiser, on March 27 from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Uptown Marion district.
The event invites ticket holders to stroll through participating businesses, collecting flowers at each stop to build a custom bouquet. Businesses will offer promotions exclusive to Enchanted Blooms ticket holders during the evening.
Each ticket includes a flower at every participating stop, an event tote bag and the opportunity to enter a raffle. The evening will conclude with a wrap party at Goldfinch Tap + Eatery in Uptown Marion.
“After a long Midwest winter, there’s something special about the first blooms of spring,” said Lacey Schroeder, program director of Uptown Marion – A Main Street Iowa Community. “Enchanted Blooms invites people to slow down, stroll through Uptown, gather flowers along the way, and enjoy the beauty of the season.”
Proceeds from the Enchanted Blooms event support the Uptown Marion Main Street Program.
Tickets must be purchased in advance and are not available at the door. Sales close March 23. Early bird tickets have sold out, and group pricing is available for pairs and groups of four.
