Registration opens for 2025 Iowa Healthiest State conference

Registration for the 2025 Iowa Healthiest State conference is now open.

HR professionals, wellness coordinators, and organizational leaders from across the state are invited to attend the conference April 16 at the FFA Enrichment Center in Ankeny, IA.

The 2025 Iowa Healthiest State conference includes keynote speakers, breakout sessions, and interactive breaks led by local and national wellness experts that focus on workplace well-being trends, mental health, burnout, and physical well-being.

“Workplaces have never had a bigger role to play in the well-being of their employees,” said Jami Haberl, executive director of the Healthiest State Initiative, in a release. “By focusing on social connection, mental health, and building healthy and supportive workplace cultures, businesses can help set up their employees for success for years to come.”

The 2025 Iowa Healthiest State conference will feature:

  • Melissa Voigt, Group Vice President, Customer Success, WebMD Health Services, on “2025 Well-being Priorities You Need to Know.”
  • Erik Dominguez, Keynote Speaker, Communication Trainer, Public Speaking Coach, Speak Up Stories on “Confidence Through the Cave: Mental Health as an Adventure.”
  • 12 breakout sessions available to attendees, covering topics including Lowering Employee Risk for Prediabetes, Cancer in Iowa and Community Outreach, and Recognizing and Avoiding Burnout.

Individual registration is $175. The conference will be held April 16 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the FFA Enrichment Center, 1055 SW Prairie Trail Parkway in Ankeny.

Registration will close at 5 p.m. April 15.
