Phresh Loch’s Salon in Marion will celebrate the grand opening of its new boutique with a ribbon cutting at 4:30 p.m. Nov. 3 with an open house will follow.The salon, located at 601 Seventh Ave., Ste. C, is owned by Heather Lochner and has been in operation since 2010. The addition of the boutique in September has been in Ms. Lochner’s plans for several years and needed to be put on hold when the pandemic began.“COVID-19 closed down all businesses in my industry,” she stated in a press release. “I needed to recover from that before moving forward with the boutique plans.”The store features an open concept with current fashions for women in sizes small to 3X, accessories and décor.“I want people to feel relaxed and have fun,” Ms. Lochner said. “It’s a splash of fashion that complements the salon, I think they go hand in hand.”The boutique will host an open house following the ribbon cutting from 5-8 p.m. featuring raffle baskets, giveaways, and light refreshments.
