Per Mar Security Services, the largest family-owned, full-service security company in the Midwest, has acquired Global Security Group.
Since opening its doors in 2010 Global Security Group, led by Montague Hall, specialized in providing physical security guards in the larger Chicago area. The team operates out of their local office in Oak Brook Terrace at 17W745 E. Butterfield Rd., Ste. A/B. Per Mar has hired the Global Security Group team and will continue to serve customers out of this location.
“Monty built a great business, and we are flattered that he chose us to serve his customers and employees,” said Brad Duffy of the Per Mar security officer division in a news release. “We are excited to expand upon our existing presence in Chicago and grow in the future.”
Per Mar has another branch nearby in Des Plaines, Illinois. Both locations will work together to service the greater Chicago region.
Established in 1953 and headquartered in Davenport, Per Mar Security Services has more than 2,800 team members operating in 26 branch locations, including Iowa locations in Cedar Rapids, Burlington, Davenport, Des Moines and Fort Dodge. The company provides full-service security solutions for homes and businesses including live video monitoring, security officer services, smart home automation, burglar and fire alarms, access control, security cameras, alarm monitoring, investigative services and background checks.
