A ribbon cutting was held today (Nov. 24) to celebrate the opening of Morning Story, located at 2931 Seventh Ave., Ste. 400 in Marion. It joins two other locations in Denver and Arvada, Colorado.

The restaurant, open for breakfast and lunch, features modern twists on classic dishes made with high-quality ingredients. Diners will find breakfast dishes of eggs Benedict, omelets, and pancakes, as well as Southwest selections, featuring the Footlong Breakfast Burrito.

“Our Pork Green Chili is flown in from Colorado, making our Southwest menu truly one of a kind,” said Kayla DePaepe, Morning Story general manager, in a news release. “And with a full bar, we offer a selection of fun brunch beverages including Mimosas, Bloody Marys and bottled beer.”

Mimosas and Bloody Marys can be ordered individually or in flight. And bacon lovers will enjoy selections of Siracha, Mocha, Maple, and Butter Bacon, also available ordered in a flight.

“The restaurant is designed to make you feel at home with beautiful furnishings,” Ms. DePaepe added. “We are excited to offer the Marion community a fun, unique morning eatery option.”

Morning Story’s philosophy is you get to be the author of your story every day. That story may start before the sun comes up, the emails come in, or the commitments pile up.

The restaurant’s hours are Monday – Sunday, 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. Their menu also features lighter fare, dietary inclusive entrees, salads, sandwiches and burgers.
