Meet the couple behind the inaugural Cedar Rapids Marathon

Jake Jass has written a children’s book and is “addicted” to golf. Laura Jass grew up in Keokuk, playing volleyball, tennis and softball in high school, and graduated from the University of Iowa.

The couple have two children — ages 18 months and 5 years. Jake is 35, Laura is 37.
