Informatics Inc. has announced the launch of its new in-house specialty studio, SEO Boost.

This new studio is intended to bring search engine optimization expertise to companies of all sizes through unique optimization packages and innovative tech tools, according to a release from Informatics.

Service lines from the new studio include AI-assisted audits and reporting on a company’s overall SEO health, keyword performance, backlink profile and domain authority, and recommendations for improving site content for better organic search performance.

“SEO is no longer a game played just by the big brands or e-retailers – virtually every customer journey starts online these days, and often from a Google search,” said Sara Kuennen, director of marketing for Informatics, Inc. “If your SEO positioning isn’t developed, you just won’t get found. We found a lot of Corridor companies that were unfamiliar with SEO or hesitant to make the investment, so we set out to create a new specialty studio that could use technology to serve their needs more efficiently.”

“We knew we needed to move faster if we wanted to serve a more diverse range of clientele,” added SEO Boost content manager Adam Moore. “We’re now using AI and SEO automation to complement and accelerate our human analysis, and that innovation is allowing us to help more businesses on their terms. We don’t shy away from using technology.”

SEO Boost is run by Informatics’ SEO and analytics teams.

Based in Cedar Rapids, Informatics was founded in 1998 and has evolved from a boutique web development agency into a full-service marketing agency with a national presence. In 2022, Informatics became the first company in the state of Iowa to become a Workhuman Certified Enterprise, a designation distinguishing organizations that are committed to and demonstrating progress toward making work more human, and providing an environment where all people are valued and can do their best work.

In 2023, the agency was a finalist in Best Tech Culture as part of the Technology Association of Iowa’s annual Prometheus Awards.
