Crystal Group announces next-generation processing tech integration

Crystal Group, Inc., based in Hiawatha, has announced the integration of next-generation processing components into its portfolio of servers and embedded computers.

A designer and manufacturer of rugged high-performance technology solutions, the company works with industry partners to incorporate the latest advancements into its products, as stated in a news release from Crystal Group. Through collaboration from early-stage development to final deployment, it aims to provide reliable tech that meets the needs of defense, government, and industrial customers.

The integration of next-generation technology is intended to enhance memory speeds and processing performance for mission-critical applications, the release states.

Key features include:

  • Increased memory performance with memory interface on Intel Xeon 6 processors through compatibility with higher bandwidth DDR5 or MRDIMMS.
  • Up to 144 cores with Intel Xeon 6700 series with E-cores, and eight cores to 86 P-cores with Xeon 6700P-series processors.
  • Intel Xeon 6 accelerators for encryption, compression, offloading, and load balancing.
