According to a news release, Inc. Magazine revealed that Covenant Family Solutions (CFS) scored No. 138 on its 2024 Inc. Regionals: Midwest List, a ranking of the fastest-growing Midwest private companies.
Born of the annual Inc. 5000 franchise, the regional list represents a look at some of the most successful companies within the Midwest economy’s most dynamic segment– its independent small businesses.

The companies on this list show high rates of growth across all industries in the Midwest region. Between 2020 and 2022, these 172 private companies had an average growth rate of 134.06 percent. By 2023, they also added 14,830 jobs and $24.5 billion to the region’s economy.

For Covenant Family Solutions, the recognition follows a year of expansion in 2023 as it opened new clinics in Davenport, Iowa City, Ames and Sioux City, to answer the call to support the mental health needs of those communities. The new clinics join CFS’s existing locations in Cedar Rapids, Marion, Cedar Falls, Dubuque, and Coralville.
