The Cedar Rapids branch of Community Savings Bank (CSB) will be relocating soon to the Cedar River Tower in downtown Cedar Rapids.

The CSB branch, which is currently located at 3414 Mount Vernon Rd. SE, will be relocating to 100 First Ave. NE #116 in downtown Cedar Rapids, also known as the Cedar River Tower.

According to a release, the relocation reflects Community Savings Bank’s ongoing commitment to enhancing customer experience while contributing to the Cedar Rapids area’s growth and vitality.

The new space will offer expanded facilities and improved accessibility and will allow Community Savings Bank to better serve its customers and create new opportunities for engagement.

“As a locally owned business, we are excited to reinvest in the community that has supported us over the years,” Community Savings Bank president Luke Brady said in the release. “The transition will be seamless, with no disruption to customer service for our metro area customers. CSB is grateful for the continued support of its Cedar Rapids customers and looks forward to serving them in this new chapter from downtown Cedar Rapids.”

More information on the timeline of the relocation will be announced soon, bank officials said.

The Cedar River Tower first-floor space was formerly occupied by an Iowa Realty office. The tower itself was built in 1974.

Community Savings Bank is a locally-owned and operated community bank established in 1910. CSB has assets of over $600 million, and has locations in Cedar Rapids, Coggon, Dyersville, Earlville, Edgewood, Garnavillo, Guttenberg, Manchester, Marion and Robins.
