Chad Reece, vice president, government and industry relations of Winnebago Industries in Forest City, is chair of the Iowa Association of Business and Industry (ABI) board of directors for the 2025 fiscal year, which began July 1.
The ABI Board of Directors unanimously elected Mr. Reece during its 121st annual meeting on June 6 in Davenport. Mr. Reece served as vice chair in 2024 and has been an active member of ABI. This includes serving on public policy and advocacy committees and graduating from ABI Foundation’s Leadership Iowa 40th anniversary class, ABI said in a news release.
Mr. Reece has been a long-serving member of the ABI board and is a prominent business leader in Iowa, representing one of the state’s iconic manufacturers, Winnebago Industries, for over 36 years. Mr. Reece is a veteran civic leader in North Iowa, and is actively involved in various boards and initiatives both within Iowa and nationally in the industry.

As ABI chair, Mr. Reece is responsible for leading the board in developing the organization’s strategic goals and objectives and overseeing the implementation of that work. He will also help to communicate ABI’s mission to Iowans.
