The Corridor Business Journal (CBJ) was honored with two awards at the statewide 2026 Iowa Newspaper Association (INA) Convention and Awards Ceremony on Feb. 6.

Judged by the Minnesota Newspaper Association, approximately 3,160 entries in dozens of categories were judged by class, based on circulation. The CBJ was a part of Class V as a digital member of the INA. Class V included newspapers with 3,751 and above circulation, as well as digital members.

The CBJ was awarded third place in Coverage of Business.

“Quality in-depth coverage of business topics like union issues and tariffs,” the judges wrote.

The CBJ’s Real Success with Nate Kaeding podcast was also awarded with second place in Best Podcast.

“I like how this podcast has a focus to it,” the judges wrote. “One that I think people must develop a taste for by listening to on a commute into work or home from work”

This was the CBJ’s second year as a member of the INA, and second year submitting entries for its annual awards.
