Benchmark, Inc., a nationwide leader in roof and pavement consulting services, has announced a leadership transition.
In a news release, Benchmark said that company president Ron Harriman is retiring, and Vince Ellison has been named the company’s new president.
Mr. Harriman’s last day with Benchmark will be June 30.
Under Mr. Harriman’s leadership, Benchmark significantly expanded its footprint across the nation, providing technical expertise and consulting services to companies with multiple facilities and complex assets.
Mr. Harriman’s strategic vision for the company grew out of having served with Kent Mattison, Benchmark’s former owner and CEO, for 25 years.
Benchmark is an industry leader in roof and pavement evaluation, design, and construction phase services.
“It has been an absolute honor to lead Benchmark and work alongside some of the most talented and dedicated professionals in the industry,” Mr. Harriman commented. “I am immensely proud of what we have achieved together and am confident that under Vince’s leadership, the company is poised for even greater success.”
Mr. Ellison will take over the reins as Benchmark steps into its next phase of innovation and growth. He spent the last two years working alongside Mr. Harriman to ensure a smooth transition.
Mr. Ellison said he brings a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective to drive the company forward, building on the legacy established by Mr. Harriman and the past and present owners of Benchmark.
