Wesley Smith isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty.
The long-time Oxford resident started his own waste management business, Smith Sanitation, in Tiffin three months ago after dabbling in landscaping and business school at Kirkwood Community College.
“It’s not rocket science. But not anybody can do it,” he said.
