Cedar Rapids-based TrueNorth Companies, L.C. has been named a 2026 USA Today Top Workplace, earning the recognition for the fifth consecutive year since first appearing on the list in 2022.
The firm also received a Top Workplaces Culture Excellence Award for Innovation, as well as recognition for employee appreciation, well-being and professional development.
The Top Workplaces program, administered by HR research and technology company Energage, selects honorees based solely on confidential employee survey responses. Organizations with 150 or more employees are eligible, and tens of thousands were invited to participate this year. Survey results reflect employee feedback on workplace experience themes tied to engagement, performance and retention.

The Culture Excellence Award for Innovation recognizes organizations that encourage new ideas, invest in continuous learning and empower employees to improve processes and develop solutions.
