Baker Group has been named to Iowa’s Top Workplaces list for the ninth consecutive year, according to an announcement Thursday, Sept. 25, by the Ankeny-based specialty contractor.
The recognition, published by the Des Moines Register, is determined solely through employee feedback and measures workplace culture factors critical to organizational success. The honor comes as companies face challenges in a competitive labor market.

Iowa Top Workplaces is part of a national recognition program administered by Energage, LLC. The program uses anonymous employee surveys to measure culture drivers including alignment, growth and development, and connection.
