Westdale Town Center surpasses $100 million valuation, seeks potential buyers
72-acre site nears projected capacity after Frew Development Group’s $100 million-plus investment

As the owner of the Westdale Town Center in southwest Cedar Rapids explores a potential sale of the development, the overall assessed valuation of the 72-acre site has surpassed $100 million for the first time.
