    As the owner of the Westdale Town Center in southwest Cedar Rapids explores a potential sale of the development, the overall assessed valuation of the 72-acre site has surpassed $100 million for the first time.

    And for Todd Nelson, president and chief executive officer of Frew Development Group’s Midwest Division, the milestone represents a significant achievement in redeveloping the former Westdale Mall site.
