UI children’s hospital ranked in 5 specialties in report

University of Iowa Stead Family Children’s Hospital is listed among the nation’s best in five specialties in the new 2020-21 Best Children’s Hospitals rankings published online this week by U.S. News & World Report, a recognized authority in hospital rankings and consumer advice.

 UI Stead Family Children’s Hospital ranked in the following areas:

• 32 in neonatology
• 37 in pediatric orthopedics
• 38 in pediatric diabetes and endocrinology
• 42 in pediatric nephrology
• 49 in pediatric neurology and neurosurgery
