Cedar-Rapids based TrueNorth Companies, a privately-held risk management and insurance brokerage firm, has been selected as a 2024 Top Workplace USA award recipient for the third year in a row.
The award was announced June 11 by Top Workplaces USA.

According to a release, Top Workplaces USA celebrates organizations with 150 or more employees “that have built great cultures.”
More than 42,000 organizations were invited to participate in the Top Workplaces USA survey. Winners of the Top Workplaces USA list are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey, issued by Energage.

TrueNorth first received regional recognition as a Top Workplace in the state of Iowa in 2021.
This is the third consecutive year TrueNorth earned national and state recognition from Top Workplaces, ranking 21st among Iowa’s midsize businesses.
TrueNorth has also been recognized with a Top Workplaces industry award in the Financial Services sector, along with National Culture Excellence Awards in the areas of Purpose & Values; Innovation; Work-life Flexibility; and Leadership.
