TentCraft acquires Marion-based World Class Displays

TentCraft, a manufacturer of custom tents, structures, and event solutions, has announced its acquisition of World Class Displays, a Marion-based full-service custom exhibit company with more than 40 years of expertise in creating eye-catching custom trade show booths.

Terms of the deal, which closed on Wednesday, Nov. 6, are not being disclosed. Matthew Kekelis, of Benchmark International, brokered the acquisition.

According to a news release, World Class Displays customers can expect continuity, as orders for the 2025 trade show season remain on schedule and delivered with the same attention to detail and quality they’re accustomed to. Looking ahead, TentCraft and World Class Displays customers will both benefit from a broader product portfolio and a dedicated team guiding them through both indoor and outdoor events.

“We’re thrilled to welcome World Class Displays into the TentCraft team,” said Matt Bulloch, president and CEO of TentCraft in a statement. “This acquisition allows us to expand our services and provide our clients with the same high-quality craftsmanship they rely on, now for both indoor and outdoor events. We’re confident World Class Displays’ expertise will empower our customers to bring their brands to life and create memorable, high-impact experiences across every event.”

“Finding the right fit to continue World Class Displays was essential, and TentCraft’s commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service made them the perfect choice,” said Jason Hauschild, president of World Class Displays in a statement. “I’m confident that with TentCraft, our legacy will not only be preserved but strengthened for the future.”

According to the release, this acquisition allows TentCraft to add a comprehensive portfolio of indoor event solutions to its offerings.

World Class Displays will retain its name and operate within the TentCraft family of companies, alongside PrintCraft On Demand and PrintCraftSend. Its existing facilities in Marion will continue production, with TentCraft’s Traverse City, Michigan headquarters set to handle overflow production during peak trade show season.

Lucas Mason, TentCraft’s Vice President of Customer Experience, will oversee the integration, guiding the expansion of both companies’ product lines, according to the release.
