The coffee shop, which also sells soups, salads, sandwiches and baked goods, will open its third location in the Corridor later this fall. Its newest store will have a drive-through and be located within the New York building.

Earlier this month it was announced Fridley Theatres would bring The Palms Theatres, IMAX and Family Entertainment Center to Park Place. The complex will have arcade games, a bowling center, restaurant and bar.
Park Place spans more than 450 acres and consists of single-family residential homes, mixed-use developments, multifamily buildings, and junior box and big box commercial spaces.
Coffee Emporium has been owned by Abby Ochs since February 2021 with locations in Cedar Rapids and Coralville. She is also the CEO of Gro HR Consulting, the CBJ's #1 Coolest Place to Work in 2021 in the small companies category
