Family practice clinic North Liberty Family Health Centre will be joining UnityPoint Clinic in December, operating under the new name UnityPoint Clinic Family Medicine – North Liberty.
The clinic’s three physicians – Drs. Natalie Hempy, Lisa Johnson, and Sarah von Harz along with 11 staff members – will continue seeing patients at the current location, 420 Community Drive, Suite 1, North Liberty.
“UnityPoint Clinic and NLFHC share the same medical philosophy – that patients and their families matter,” said Stacey Barrett, UnityPoint Clinic vice president for clinic operations, in an announcement Oct. 30. “Both organizations are dedicated to providing high-quality care that’s safe and accessible, and they strive for the best outcome for every patient, every time.”
UnityPoint Clinic is part of UnityPoint Health, with hospitals and clinics in Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. The North Liberty clinic will have a close affiliation with UnityPoint Health – St. Luke’s Hospital in Cedar Rapids and AbbeHealth Services, with locations in Cedar Rapids and surrounding communities
