Iowa City’s Fall Shop Crawl returns Oct. 18

Cooler weather, fall jackets, pumpkin spice and all things Autumn herald the return of the Iowa City Downtown District’s (ICDD) Fall Shop Crawl, held from 4 – 8 p.m. on Oct. 18.

Shoppers are invited to indulge in fall-themed drinks such as apple cider, spiked punches, and fall sangria from area establishments, while taking advantage of special deals exclusive to participating downtown businesses.

Coinciding with the Fall Shop Crawl is ICDD’s Halloween Costume contest, with winners receiving a $100 Downtown District gift card.

For a $15 Fall Shop Crawl ticket, participants will receive a customized shop crawl glass, an ICDD tote bag, access to sales and drinks – alcoholic and non-alcoholic alike – at each participating shop, and a surprise complimentary gift.

The event check-in will take place at MERGE, 136 S. Dubuque St., and participating businesses include:
