Iowa City Restaurant Week begins this Saturday

Think Iowa City is hosting a week-long culinary celebration, spotlighting the diverse food scene in downtown Iowa City and Johnson County area.

Iowa City’s Restaurant Week returns this Saturday, Feb. 17, and closes out with the Iowa City Downtown District’s sold-out 2024 Top Chef: Downtown event on Feb. 26.

According to a news release, during the 10 days of Restaurant Week, local restaurants will showcase Prix-Fixe menus for lunch or dinner, offer special deals, introduce new items, and revive old classics for their menus.

  • Maggie’s Farm Wood Fired Pizza
  • Marco’s Grilled Cheese
  • Oasis Falafel
  • Pat and Fran’s Irish Pub
  • Reds Alehouse

Restaurant Week passports can be found at any participating location or the Think Iowa City office. By getting your passport stamped at 2 or more restaurants and submitting it, you’ll be eligible to win a grand prize basket, according to the release.
