Iowa City denies liquor license renewal for Fieldhouse Bar & Grill

The Fieldhouse Bar & Grill’s liquor license will not be renewed, the Iowa City City Council decided at its meeting Feb. 17.
The bar is in violation of the city’s zoning code which restricts the location of drinking establishments, city officials said.
