Grask Truck Group, Inc., an Iowa-based Peterbilt Truck Dealer, was honored as one of eight dealer groups to receive the Best-in-Class Dealer award at Peterbilt Motor’s annual dealer meeting.
According to a news release, the Best-in-Class award is based on a combination of Peterbilt’s Standard of Excellence scores, financial performance, parts and service performance, and utilization of Peterbilt and PACCAR training and programs. This marks the third award in the last five years for the group who also received the award in 2019 and 2021. In addition, GTG Peterbilt was recognized for their 40th year as a Peterbilt dealer, opening their first TRP parts store in Wichita, KS, and receiving the Platinum Service and Platinum Oval Awards for 2023 at their Cedar Rapids and Davenport locations, according to the news release.
“The Best-in-Class award is tremendous recognition for GTG Peterbilt and I am thrilled for our employees,” stated GTG Peterbilt’s President Fred Grask in the release. “They demonstrate outstanding customer service each and every day and are the reason for us achieving this high honor,” Grask stated according to the release.
The Grask family has been serving the Midwest for more than 75 years with locations now in Cedar Rapids, Davenport, and Waterloo as well as Quincy, Illinois and Wichita, Hays, and Great Bend, Kansas. They sell new Peterbilt and Hino trucks, Doonan trailers, and quality used medium and heavy duty trucks. They also sell all-makes and proprietary parts and pride themselves with factory trained technicians in their service and body shop. They opened their first TRP parts store in Wichita, Kansas in 2023 and plan to continue their growth in 2024, the release stated.
