Four Corridor companies receive SBA loans in February

    The U.S. Small Business Administration has released its monthly approval figures for loans in Iowa for the month of February 2026, and four Corridor companies received loans under the program.

    According to the SBA report, local companies receiving loans in February are as follows:

    • Devi LLC of Coralville, which was approved for a loan of $395,000, retaining seven existing jobs.
    • JDM Concrete LLC of North Liberty, which was approved for a loan of $350,000, creating three new jobs.
    • Kraftwerks Automotive LLC of Cedar Rapids, which was approved for a loan of $350,000, creating one new job and retaining one existing job.
    • Golf Club of Iowa LLC of Marion, which was approved for a loan of $354,500, creating one new job.

    Overall, the SBA backed 42 loans for $22,023,900 to Iowa businesses from participating lenders using its two largest lending programs.

    The SBA’s 7(a) and 504 programs capitalized 17 new and 25 existing businesses, creating 116 new jobs and retaining 362 jobs as a result.

    The United States Small Business Administration, founded in 1953, is an independent agency of the United States government that provides support to entrepreneurs and small businesses.
