First MainStreet Insurance L.C. (FMSI) will expand into South Dakota as firm partners with Revo Insurance Alliance.

The partnership was announced on Dec. 19.

Revo Insurance Alliance is a fast-growing insurance agency located in Aberdeen, South Dakota, and joins the platform as the first partner agency in the state.

First MainStreet owner Brett Rezatto will remain an active partner in this venture with new partners, Kyle and Korey Maple.

“What I found appealing about the FMSI platform was the opportunities to access numerous insurance markets, while also building a perpetuation plan for the firm. These two elements allow Revo to continue taking care of our clients, our colleagues, and our communities,” Mr. Razatto said in a news release. “Combine that with the great people on the FMSI team, it was an easy decision to form a partnership.”

First MainStreet is an affiliate of TrueNorth Companies, L.C. Led by many TrueNorth senior leaders, the FMSI model focuses on smaller agencies to perpetuate their business while maintaining a local presence and legacy within their communities, according to the release.

“I could not be more excited to bring the First MainStreet platform to South Dakota with the Revo Team,” Dru Bridges, executive vice president of FMSI, said in a news release. “They are professional, and we have established a relationship of trust and engagement quickly. The growth potential with Revo and FMSI is very exciting, and I am optimistic about our future.”

First MainStreet operates in 31 cities and townships across Iowa and in Brentwood, Tennessee.
