The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Corridor and the Iowa City Area Business Partnership will host a ribbon cutting ceremony 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 11, in the club’s newly renovated space at 1059 US-6 E in Iowa City.

Iowa City’s Faith Academy has provided the club with space to run after-school and summer programs for the last four years and recently opened a new area in the building for the club. The new space provides a larger area for daily club activities for Iowa City kids.

The public is invited to join the club and the Iowa City Area Business Partnership for a ribbon cutting ceremony and an opportunity to tour the club. There will be giveaways, beverages, celebration and connections at the event.
