Bistro 3 Nineteen announces new hours, fast-casual environment

Marion’s Bistro 3 Nineteen has transitioned to counter service featuring a change to business hours and a new, fast-casual environment.

The move brings new hours allowing the restaurant to feature unique and staple breakfast and lunch items all day. The restaurant will offer simple, delicious, scratch-made items made fresh.

To celebrate these new changes, a ribbon cutting will be held 9 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 19, at 796 11th St., Marion.

“Menu items are designed to be ready in a short period of time so that busy workers can get back to work,” said Chef Brittany Hannah in a news release. “We’ve kept our soft seating as well for those who want to sit in a comfortable place with friends.”

Bistro 3 Nineteen, which opened in 2018, quickly became known for its bakery case. Customers can continue to select from a variety of fresh baked goods made daily.

Restaurant hours are Tuesday-Friday from 7:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Friday dinner from 5-9 p.m., Saturday brunch from 9 a.m.–2 p.m. and Saturday from 5–8 pm. The restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday.

In addition to breakfast, lunch and dinner, Bistro 3 Nineteen offers boxed lunches, cookie and muffin trays, private parties, scratch made custom cakes and catering. A private dining room with seating for 20 is also available.
