Best Printer: Cedar Graphics

Hiawatha-based Cedar Graphics has made a name on the international stage for its innovative work, but Marketing Director Justin McDonald says it’s their attention to the Corridor community that most sets them apart – a philosophy confirmed by the company’s seventh win in the Best Printer category. “This award means so much to us because it’s our hometown crew cheering on our relationships,” Mr. McDonald said. “The way we treat people is as high up as the quality of our work.” The company has focused on offering options and technologies unique to the Corridor, and recently invested $5 million in a 100-ton, ultraviolet LED printer capable of printing 18,000 sheets an hour. Cedar Graphics also continues to host its popular Think to Ink! open house event, with internationally known graphic designer and Corridor native, Michael Brayley, set to appear this year.
