Coralville’s Iowa River Landing (IRL) continues to expand its offerings with the addition of Kendra Scott, a fashion accessory retailer based out of Austin, Texas.
Slated to open this August, the jewelry and home goods store will occupy the former Funky Zebras Boutique and join IRL retailers lululemon, Anthropologie, and Von Maur.

The popular American brand is known for its unique jewelry, home décor and beauty products. The eponymous CEO founded the company in 2002, with an initial focus on distinctive jewelry pieces recognizable by colorful gemstones and versatile designs.
The company also has a strong emphasis on philanthropy, with a portion of its proceeds supporting various charitable causes.
“We’re thrilled to add a national brand like Kendra Scott to the Iowa River Landing,” said
Deanna Printy, Iowa River Landing property manager. “This is a welcomed addition to
our variety of shops, building on the energy of the neighborhood and offering visitors
another major retailer focused on quality.”
Iowa River Landing is a 180-acre mixed-use development located off Interstate 80. Perched along the Iowa River, IRL is anchored by the 286-room Hyatt Regency Hotel and Conference Center and includes more than 330,000 square feet of retail, office, residential and entertainment space.
