A proposed commercial subdivision in Coralville that includes an esports arena gained traction Tuesday evening, when the city council approved the developer’s rezoning request, as well as the project’s site plan and final plat.
Developer Lucky Pete, LLC requested rezoning 15.38 acres west of Lowe’s and between Second Street and Interstate 80 from C-2 arterial commercial district to C-PUD-1 (commercial planned unit development one) district.
